Repairs or replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems which show obvious signs of deterioration, as well as modifications to the residence for the physically handicapped, are eligible. Call for specific eligibility requirements. Low or zero interest loans with a maximum amount of $75,000.
